Welcome to IONE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (ione.flowoncare.com) and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms. IONE is a brand of Flowon Care.

2. Products

We sell personal care products including handwash, bodywash, and gift bundles. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, scents, and packaging accurately, but slight variations (e.g. screen display, batch-to-batch scent intensity) may occur and do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify formulations, packaging, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing if this occurs. Promotional and launch pricing is offered at our discretion and may end at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

We accept payment via our online payment gateway and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (contact details, delivery address) is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including COD orders with repeated non-collection or failed delivery attempts — at our discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered via our courier partners across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Free shipping applies automatically to orders above the threshold displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier's designated recipient at the address provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the IONE name, logo, product photography, packaging design, and written copy — is the property of Flowon Care and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IONE and Flowon Care are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
